I sometimes forget how odd folks can be. After spending 20 hours on the SB set, I get a DM request for an incredibly trivial LS moment. I explain 20 hours, low priority, etc. In return: "What a disappointing reply," and then blocks me.
But what pissed me off was the block; he didn't allow any gradual resolution to evolve. I was in the middle of responding and then I found I couldn't.

I hear ya. He abruptly cut it off. People I think tend not to understand that your brilliant Letterman archiving is a labor of love, mostly, and you do other stuff that actually does pay. Which has to take priority. And we know something of your recent health issue, so yeah.

I don't know how this'll come across, but I get a kick preparing these sorts of compilations, partly because I know that I'm the only person who has the resources to do it -- the databases, the shows, and the amateur know-how in presenting them....

It is too bad you didn't get to kind of fully explain.
