@thedonz5 Archive questions: what format/codec/bit rate are your videos encoded in? Are all commercials edited out? What percentage of the videos are recorded from the first run to repeats (like when on Trio)?
(1) Whatever the highest rate is in iMovie outside of HD. (2) For most shows; last morning show has full ads. (3) None from Trio; some from E! & A&E. I choose the best video quality among the sources I have. And edit in snippets from other sources if needed.

Was there something wrong with the Trio versions?

(1) They were too dark. (2) There was nothing new that A&E and E! didn't air.
