Kind of you to remember, Don. It was tough to write, but man, do i miss doing it. Like Letterman, I have used my time since then to grow a beard.

By nice coincidence, I think I sold one today. The dentist I just started seeing was chatting before drilling and ny work came up. Turned out he was a big Dave fan. I pitched your book and showed him the cover on my phone. He said he’d buy it. I eagerly await my commission.
