it is still weird to me that this is happening despite you not having these clips monetized..i really hope this will be resolved without a takedown
Blocks aren't as bad as takedowns; takedowns give you copyright "strikes"; 3 strikes within the same 3-month period will lose your YT channel. A block is simply that. While it stinks, there are no penalties.
