20 hours later, and blocked. All due to around 20 seconds of "King of the Road." Will have to recut, then another processing time of 5 hours before another upload begins. Argh.

I have a middling YouTube channel of my own, plus a Vimeo "backup" page. I sometimes link to Vimeo in YT descriptions. Click-through rate isn't high, honestly, but it's something. (2/2)

Yeah, unfortunately none of the alternatives are stellar. They either limit you on storage (Vimeo caps free users at 500MB a week), or limit you on length (DailyMotion is 60 mins max per video/other sites are similar). YT is a pain but it's definitely #1 for a reason.

Yeah, the 60-minute limit cuts Part 1 off. It's just over 2 hours 7 minutes long.
