Thank you for getting this up so quickly! I was backstage page during that '99 show and remember her starting out onstage to rehearse with the orchestra, then immediately retreating to her dressing room and bailing on rehearsal because it was freezing onstage.
Who could have blamed her? I was up all last night digitizing her appearances. This would have been up earlier but for some sync issues I had to fix.
