questions I was asked on my F1 visa, which courses are you taking? What was your GPA? Your past transcripts. Pk are terrorists ( in 2010) and one called my university to check active enrolment ( all at Dulles or JFK) America is the worst place to study as international student

“She said that she found people posting political points of view that oppose the US on my friend[s] list.” Under the current administration’s definition of “opposing the US”, that could probably describe half of American citizens.

It astonishes me that foreigners don't all worship America. (And yeah,Harvard will probably solve this poor man's problem. But this happens every day to people without money or support who foolishly believe we are still a country that gives a shit about opportunity or equality.)

Welcome to 1978, behind the Iron Curtain. Stasi, dictators, curbed freedom of speech. Good Luck Americans, may the madness not spill across the seas.

here's a different question: would this have happened if he were trying to attend the University of Texas or Florida State or the University of Wyoming? How much of this is a reflection on the administration's opinion of "elite" universities...?

It would be a blip in a blurb if it was one of those schools
