Hey @DeliverooHelp loved it when I had my bank account drained by fraudulent charges last night! Especially loved when your customer service reps a) sent an email TO THE FRAUDSTERS instead of me about these charges and b) told me I might not even hear from you guys til Wednesday!
Friend of mine had £3,5000 worth of orders made on his account this week, with all the food being sent to a hotel room address. @Deliveroo offered him £40 credit as a gesture.
