Classic @TeamYouTube. You wrongly flag a video automatically as inappropriate, and by the time the flag is removed after manual review, the video has peaked in views and lost most of its revenue anyway, and you get away with a "whoops" while offering no recompense for your error.

I'm 100% with ya on the lack of accountability on Youtube's part. It may be ads that make Google the big bucks, but it's content creators that provide an audience and canvas for said ads to be splayed across.

Imo, content creators should start a larger convo about collective bargaining. A union might be out of the question given the way Youtube is structured, but solidarity would be useful here. At the very least, y'all might make Google execs poop a little. It'd be something.
