Just to confirm, was your channel monetized earlier and now demonetized, or is it the first time you've applied and got rejected? Keep us posted.

Yes my channel has been monetized for the past year and a half almost and have never had any issues, strikes, nothing!

Don't hold your breath. I received the exact same convo chain with these guys. It ended with the exact same last msg that you got. Delete all content you did not film, re-apply in 30 days. Good Luck!

I really hope they will address the issue and give a real solution. My channel has been disabled by fake copyright claims and I’ve been waiting for 18 months and still I don’t see anything happening. I’m so depressed

im sorry to hear that I really hope YT gets control over this stuff, they need some kind of copyright validation where the strike issuer has to prove they own the origional content before youtube jumps the gun and takes rights away from the people who actually produced the videos

I totally agree with you, they could even maybe create a service that protects the youtuber from fake copyright claims, some kind of insurance , they could even make a profit out of this. This is actually the second time this happens to me. I really hope they will listen to me.
