The Supply chain discussion makes me 😂. It’s a chain. It’s as strong as its weakest link. The problem is each link is weak in a unique way, and as it breaks, it hides the weakness of the advancing links. There’s 1 common sense link they can fix. Union contracts are too rigid.

Great discussion on supply chain. Just one comment, most semiconductor chips are shipped by air. But the maybe some ingradients going into the manufacturing of chips at the fabs in Asia depends on shipping routes.

Chemical used in manufacturing are toxic and cannot be shipped by air. Any new fabs being built in Asia may have challenges if they cannot get the equipments shipped to them as the finish building the clean rooms
