Netherlands does not allow this. I see you switched from Netherlands to prohibition. Why?

They are all evidence of my claim. You, on the other hand, have provided no evidence whatsoever that "Get Tough on Crime" policies have reduced drug use, stopped overdoses, or eliminated or even lessened drug related crime.

Why do I think that ending drug prohibition will reduce crime? Because it has when it was tried in the United States. I have evidence for my claims. You have none.

In the United States, it is legal to "deal" alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and host of other drugs.

Drugs are legal in almost every country. Some drugs at least, usually the ones that are the most dangerous and kill the most people, oddly enough. You have been brainwashed by the "War on (some) Drugs" propaganda.

I think your claims on what Netherlands allows are misleading or you just don't know the drug trade is illegal there

Drugs are decriminalized there. Drug laws are certainly less enforced there than here. They have fewer bad side effects of all kinds. Any rational person would think that this is a good thing. Do you support the Dutch model?

Everything I have said about Dutch drug policy is factual. You have countered exactly zero of my claims. I never said it was "legal" I was careful with my words. You are the one being hyperbolic and imprecise with your language.

Ah I see, you were careful to mislead by switching to prohibition when it came to the drug trade

So you have no evidence to support your position. That is what I thought.
