It won't be "dealing" it will be buying at a licensed store like we do with much more dangerous drugs like alcohol and nicotine. It won't' be "smuggling" it will be importing with a license and paying taxes.

They are all evidence of my claim. You, on the other hand, have provided no evidence whatsoever that "Get Tough on Crime" policies have reduced drug use, stopped overdoses, or eliminated or even lessened drug related crime.
