In California, these recalls heavily influenced by Republicans have become an extension of voter suppression. But that’s only one part of a troubling narrative… My latest:https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/justinphillips/article/California-s-recall-system-feels-like-Jim-16485957.php …

Can you prove that the California recalls are "heavily influenced by Republicans" or are you going to simply continue to portray them as that? I'm not a Republican and I support the recalls. Any sane, law abiding adult who cherishes public safety supports the recalls.

Lol. The recall campaign is all VC money and out of state GOP money. There are billionaires on both sides here.

You would never get enough signatures to put the recall on the ballot if it weren’t for the millions the GOP gave you.https://48hills.org/2021/08/gop-donors-and-allies-pour-more-big-money-into-the-chesa-boudin-recall/ …

Yeah it’s the MoveOn lefty types vs. the Law and Order Conservatives and some Moderates.
Most years the lefties win that battle.
I have my popcorn ready, there will be quite the show.
