Violent crime is down according to the FBI and SFPD. Where is the evidence to support your claim?

Down compared to what? What happened in the 90s is not relevant anymore. This is the number of murders, see the upward trend starting in 2015. Thanks BLM.pic.twitter.com/Ea2kKn3mwS

Those are US murders, not San Francisco.https://www.sfchronicle.com/crime/article/With-41-killings-in-2019-San-Francisco-sees-14943532.php …

Why are we talking about 56 years ago or even 2019? All that matters is 2021. How are murders in 2021?

Less than 5 years ago, less than 10 years ago. You must be very new to San Francisco if you think violent crime has been trending up lately. Violent crime rates are up all over the country. Less so in SF. Which disproves your narrative that it is because of the DA.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/29/us/homicide-rise-us-report/index.html … “A study of homicides during the first six months of this year in 22 cities showed that the number of murders increased by 16% compared to the same period in 2020 and by 42% compared to the first six months of 2019.”

Did Boudin cause murder rates to go up nationwide or was it some other strange thing that made 2020 and the first half of 2021 different than the past?

I showed that violent crime and murder rates in SF have gone down over the last 30 years, that we had an all time homicide low in 2019 and when another person claimed this doesn't matter I showed how murder rates are up slightly and violent crime is actually down this year.

I also showed how murder and gun violence in Chesea Boudin's district has gone up less than in cities nationwide. What part of this collection of data is "cherry picking" exactly?
