those yellow zones aren't even public lots.
that said, the portion bw 670 and the railroad, the crossroads, is a fairly industrial part of town. it's only now going through the kind of urbanization we've seen elsewhere for years. lots of art galleries, breweries, and restaurants

Don't listen to this. Convenient, free parking is the best thing ever. Pretty, medieval cities are fine for a few days of pottering around but not to live in.
