The person who committed the crimes was NOT in this category. He is someone who absolutely needed to be incarcerated. Why can't you admit that this was a colossal failure? If you can't do that, then you should resign because the public does not support that assertion.

We would all feel a lot safer and more confident in our DA if he just admitted his office erred in this case and committed to more caution in the future. All the deflection and excuses just means nothing will change and we remain sitting ducks while his experiment plays out.
