I've come to the conclusion that New York has literally only 1 advantage over California. Literally only 1. That is... The time zone. Besides that, California wins in every single category.

The taxes are very similar. Traffic? Not a chance it's as bad.

Sometimes New York’s winter bleeds into spring but otherwise it truly is a four season city: summers are piping hot, autumn is beautiful and ~autumnal~, winter is cold as it should be, and when there’s a true spring it’s gorgeous
