      I’m in @TheHustle's group "Trends" and back in April we bought a blog on Tiny Houses. (http://tinyhousefor.us ) The blog was only monetized using AdThrive to run display ads. And it came with a 40,000 person email list of people who like tiny houses.

      We started hiring 2 contract writers on @probloggercom ProBlogger (highly recommend) to create new content for us. We also used @ahrefs to figure out the lowest hanging fruit and find good keywords.

      So just with affiliate links, revenue grew 50% And we havent even started getting into our other monetization plans: • Sponsor on the email list • Sponsors on the FB group we started and grew to 2,000 members • Tiny House listings • Private Label Tiny House Furniture etc.
