I’ve determined that house size and furnishings mean nada to me. What matters: a huge climate controlled garage full of toys. Jam packed full of cool stuff. Cars, antiques motos guns junk Give me a studio apartment+huge garage...and lots of $$$ to buy toys :) and I’m happy.

Living alone as a single bachelor, i basically have no use for a living room or kitchen table. Bed + dope desk setup is all I need. $$$ is prioritized on location and proximity to work, subway, wholefoods, equinox.

agreed - a good kitchen, a good setting (peaceful), a good fitness room... heaven. I've owned 5 homes so far, and by far what has made me most satisfied is the home that feels like a serene refuge, sauna, work-out area, nice backyard view.
