I look at the situation from the top down. They want nothing to do with it and aren’t willing to find the right person to run it. We don’t know enough about them to assume how they will react over time. It’s a great conversation. Very interesting.

I think sell is the right answer too. In that small of an operation it’s going to come down to that one person. And they will always be at the mercy of them leaving. Their parents were successful because they were owner operators. The kids just want money.
