Ok so we’ve put close to 4K miles on our new Volvo XC90 in 60 days. I’m very shocked how much I like it. -the semi self driving feature makes long drives great! -I thought Volvo’s were lame. - the drive is super smooth. I’ve driven lots of new fancy range rovers. This Volvo was close to half the price and I think is a better drive and more luxurious interior - seats are very customizable and comfy - infotainment is top notch - air suspension is smooth
- it’s not as tall as a range. So that’s not great. Not as big feeling either. So I envy the bigger ranges for that. - mpg at 80mph with roof rack is 25. Pretty good - good HP and pickup. Not great like an Audi SUV. But good.
- biggest perk is safety. Feels safe. Volvo says no one has died in this car and goal is zero deaths in all cars by 2021. - I didn’t test a Benz or BMW suv. I’d bet they’d be more fun to drive.
- some car nerds said this stereo is one of the nicest stock ones out there. It’s for sure is great. - I think the interior is on par with higher end cars like a benz. Not better. But similar. For ~$50-$80k new, the XC swings above it’s class. Super satisfied.pic.twitter.com/RbeCghmhL1
Love this, looking at the XC60 now. What trim did you get? Any extras you added and love or anything you wish you added?
R design. I think getting the best speakers is easier worth it. I think r looks cool. the others look mom car but still cool

Love our XC90. Needed bigger car for growing family, 3 rows, storage, etc. Came down to this and Q7, Audi was more fun to drive but $15K more, and this has better exterior+interior styling. Got the 22" rims, B&W speakers. Love it.
The audis drive amazing but look so lame.
