I was a major Biden doubter, am not liberal at all, and vote Republican 50% of the time. But Joe Biden crushed it last night. And if he lives up to what he said and stays with that message, I'm voting for him. Great speech last night. I felt American pride.

Fuck. My last non-political entertainment source has gone political . When the going gets tough, you want someone who can lead without needing weeks to get a pre-recorded speech. Biden does not have my vote and I stand by the fact that he needs to be in a nursing home.

Who will you vote for and why? Also why is needing weeks to give a speech wrong??example: if he was an English as a second language speaker he’d need a while to give a life changing speech. Does that mean he won’t be a good president? And let’s say he didn’t prepare for weeks.

I’m trilingual. I think it’s completely normal to spend weeks planning a speech, just like it’s normal to spend that time perfecting a pitch. But, we are talking about Biden. English is not Biden’s second language. If Biden wins, he won’t have weeks to perfect speeches.

1: so? 2: so if he didn’t take weeks - you’re ok with that? 3: what’s the time limit threshold for speech preparation for you candidates?

I personally don’t think we should judge candidates based on their ability to deliver speeches, but on their track record/what they deliver. Trump isn’t eloquent, but he gets shit done. I don’t think this country needs more sleazy politicians. He has my vote.
