Sprinting, like 50 meter to 400 meter interval workouts 3 times a week, seems like it’s easily the most efficient and well rounded exercise for longevity and looking good. Why don’t more people do it?

You get some endurance. Builds muscle in all parts of the body. Only takes 10 minutes of actual running per workout. Zero equipment (a track helps though). You can do the same workouts over and over. Improves mobility, tendons, burns fat, makes u athletic.

Way better than running for miles as it’s more efficient and more well rounded for the body. Likely less injuries than lifting and more well rounded. The downside is: many think they’ll look silly sprinting in the street or park. But it’s easily the best way to workout!

For those who want to start, here are easy first workouts: - 10x100m (or ~13-15 seconds or 85% effort) with 2-3 min rest between. - 6x60m (fast as you can for ~8 seconds) with 3-5 min rest - 6x200m (28-40 seconds. enough to run same pace each time, last one hard),2 min rest

But do u take a rest after every 200/100/60m sprint or after finishing the set?

Rest. Sprint workouts typically have lots of rest.
