Sprinting, like 50 meter to 400 meter interval workouts 3 times a week, seems like it’s easily the most efficient and well rounded exercise for longevity and looking good. Why don’t more people do it?

Check out the Pose Running technique. It can take a month or so to get the form right but it should alleviate any knee, shin, and ankle pain. My dad just turned 70 and is still logging 50mi a week pounding the pavement
