Sprinting, like 50 meter to 400 meter interval workouts 3 times a week, seems like it’s easily the most efficient and well rounded exercise for longevity and looking good. Why don’t more people do it?

By time is better than by distance. For most people at least. This way everybody can do the workout on their own pace level, with the same intensity.
