Sprinting, like 50 meter to 400 meter interval workouts 3 times a week, seems like it’s easily the most efficient and well rounded exercise for longevity and looking good. Why don’t more people do it?

If it hurts over time, you probably have some mobility issue (extremely common). Focus on hip mobility first, preferably hip internal rotation
