If you’re in the wealth accumulation phase of your life, I think buying a home is a terrible decision (in most cases). Prove me wrong. Seriously. I’m not being rhetorical. I want to see if there’s math that says otherwise.

So you'd rather me piss a grand a month down the drain instead of investing half that in something I will own eventually... not really sound advice when you have to have a roof over your head. I'd agree if your argument was buy a car vs not buying a car.
Correct. I’d rather you use that money you’d use to buy a house to invest in assets that product income while renting to save and give freedom.
