If you’re in the wealth accumulation phase of your life, I think buying a home is a terrible decision (in most cases). Prove me wrong. Seriously. I’m not being rhetorical. I want to see if there’s math that says otherwise.

How else can the average person lock in long term debt at such a low rate today? That leverage over 20-30 years is huge and compounding. Wealth accumulation is about asset accumulation. But it’s all about what one does with the levered capital.
