Why did you list NYC for family reasons? You have relatives there or is it a good place to live with spouse and kids?
I’m moving away from SF tomorrow. Sad. But excited I’m going to Park City -> St. Louis -> New York over three months. Then dunno. Will try to figure out where I want to live after that. Likely Texas (cheap, fun), cali (weather), or NY (family). Obvi will be teeeting bout it

The fanciest Volvo XC90 I could find. Big enough, some self driving, cool looking enough, safe, fat stereo and shockingly luxurious.
