@theSamParr, sorry for messaging you on personal Twitter but really struggling here. Signed up for the free trial for Trends - never used it and forgot to cancel. You guys then charged me $299. I emailed customer service as soon as payment was taken to cancel... -
They kindly refunded me 50% but $150 is not a small amount of money especially at the moment. I have been signed up for 2 days and have not used the service/opened the emails. Please if you can, refund me the other $150. Just takes 1 click. Sorry but thank you

They won’t stop. Odds of some version of it continuing, maybe at lower rates is almost near certain imo for at least 3-6 more months
