Who gets a 10% conversion of free to paid?
I see people are posting they do. I find it hard to believe. I do not think most, people any, can convert 10% of newsletter people to 10% paid at scale (let's say 1m+ people).

Oh totally. We have a long way to go to 1m free list and it would be a real challenge to convert 10% at that scale. But maybe not impossible?

Nothing's impossible. I just think 1-3% is more likely and 10% is ungodly.
