Free, I think. But that'd still be huge. (100k * 10% conversion to paid * $75/year = $750k ARR) And that's just a starting point!

I see people are posting they do. I find it hard to believe. I do not think most, people any, can convert 10% of newsletter people to 10% paid at scale (let's say 1m+ people).

Oh totally. We have a long way to go to 1m free list and it would be a real challenge to convert 10% at that scale. But maybe not impossible?
