Seems like many believe a paid newsletter can’t gain traction without a free offering.
I’m curious, why? Any examples to the contrary?

@theSamParr and subscribe to hustle but I a) don’t read most emails + b) would never pay for trends. However, I see the value and respect the biz. I can just never justify paying for information.
Hundreds of millions of people pay for information like that. Specifically, tens of millions of people buy paid newsletters. That's who.

More and more I look for paid info sources. Too much garbage out there. There are exceptions of course.
