I'll be honest... If I was starting a company today, it'd have to be 100% remote. I can't imagine that fixed cost of real estate eating away at the cash balance.

And honestly, all media companies should be ecstatic about the idea of staying completely remote. Your people can move elsewhere, have a better standard of living because they're not paying NYC rents and you'll have better cost structures. Seems like a no-brainer.

I love it. we got lucky as our lease was ending. Just adds hundreds of thousands of dollars to the bottom line.
