I agree. They don’t want immigrants. But, that’s also why the prices are so attractive. If immigrants can deal with some racism & xenophobia, they get a sweet deal.

Just spent the 4th in a tiny farm town in Indiana. Amazed to find an Indian family owns the one gas station/grocery and only doctor is Nigerian and now owns many acres of farmland.
