5. Shaker Heights in Ohio is an example. Two brothers in the early 1900s envisioned the first garden styled suburb in Ohio...and then they made it. This really caught my eye. It's a pretty grand idea. But I'd bet my life, that in the next 10-20 years, we'll see it Thoughts?
