It's not hard. You just have to: 1. Budget room for mistakes cuz people will make them 2. Document and clearly communicate your expectations, including input/execution/output, and 3. Trust people to get the job done Otherwise don't delegate.

@garyvee 's mentality around trust. Trust people out of the gate, and it's up to them to not lose it. I've been implementing it.
