Before taxes. That's on the personal side. ConvertKit donates just over $20k/mo to a total of 5 different organizations (clean water, housing, medical, new police violence policy, code school) that we believe give more creators the opportunity to earn a living.

Not at all! We don't do a % of profit (though that would be a good idea). We started with 3 orgs at $4k/mo each. Then recently added 2 more to get us to $20k/mo total. We do roughly $150-200k/mo profit. Though we've been spending more aggressively on ads, so that is decreasing.
