A few years ago, I was absolutely against remote. I've changed my mind. Last week we officially ended our lease in Cali. Still have an office in Austin, but many of them are remote too. We'll see how this works out...

I agree with you. But it's unknown territory, and that's scary. It's literally 10+ years of me doing 1 thing, and 100's of years of most people doing one thing - then BOOM, it's changed.

I hear you, but that's all the reason to do it. Fear of the unknown is always scarier than the unknown itself. And, charging into that unknown leads to personal breakthroughs and growth. You should document and have your team share their experience as well.
