A few years ago, I was absolutely against remote. I've changed my mind. Last week we officially ended our lease in Cali. Still have an office in Austin, but many of them are remote too. We'll see how this works out...

Good points Sam. I think the biggest challenges with remote tech companies are around collaboration, ideating/innovating, and culture/in-office energy. How will you try to recreate this remotely?

The culture issue seems like an outdated process. More work happens when people are focused and not constantly distracted, chatting it up with coworkers. Remote work retreats and quarterly bonding vacations help solve this and provide a much more...
