A few years ago, I was absolutely against remote. I've changed my mind. Last week we officially ended our lease in Cali. Still have an office in Austin, but many of them are remote too. We'll see how this works out...

When I started, I didn't care too much about what other non-existent employees wanted. I knew what I wanted. So I made that. The value I'd provide people was they'd get to work with likeminded people (me) on cool stuff...and they get a paycheck.
