The Happy Body is one of the best things ever.
I’ve been working super hard on my body lately. For vanity, performance (racing @TR401 !), and just feeling healthy and longevity.
Lifting and running for sure has built muscle and reduced fat. But I was still achy and hurt.

@ShaanVP told me about The Happy Body. It’s book/program that’s about mobility, good posture, spine health, injury prevention. it’s basically a 30 min morning routine with light weights, mostly around the spine.
