The Happy Body is one of the best things ever.
I’ve been working super hard on my body lately. For vanity, performance (racing @TR401 !), and just feeling healthy and longevity.
Lifting and running for sure has built muscle and reduced fat. But I was still achy and hurt.

What’s the major difference it’s made for you personally? Loosened you up?

Showed me how much more important mobility is than big muscles, helping me strength my back, helping improve spine mobility, which makes everything feel better.
