So, @ShaanVP told me about The Happy Body. It’s book/program that’s about mobility, good posture, spine health, injury prevention.
it’s basically a 30 min morning routine with light weights, mostly around the spine.
So far I’m shocked at the difference it’s made.

Because of desks/computers and lifting weights, my back, spine, shoulders, hips and pecs are super tight. I didn’t realize this until I read this. So, if you’re in pain, try it. It’s like $20.https://thehappybody.com/

I have been busy with work and other activities so I haven’t focus on exercising and working out. As I have lost some body fat, time to get focus on my body again! I had similar issue with pain so looking forward to learning more. Thanks for the recommendation
