The irony is that the more people who leave the city, the better the city gets for the rest of the people who stay behind. And then the better the city gets, the more people who will want to come to the city and rent and buy. War of attrition.
True. But there are some things SF can’t fix: weather. I’m asking myself: is a 40% decrease in price make it a no brained or not. I’m asking myself this.
