A common bit of feedback writers, copywriters, creators get: "too much text" or "it's too long" Most creator's 1st instinct: SHORTEN IT. Don't! That feedback really means: "this isn't interesting" and/or "I'm not the right customer" Then decide how to iterate.

Would you say the advice is the same for both website/landing pages as well as email copy? Or should email copy be more concise?
