One of my biggest pet peeves and a way to help me figure out who to avoid: people who disrespect their girlfriends/boyfriends or spouses behind their back. If you talk trash about your teammate, you're: 1) too weak to fix your own issues. leave your gf/bf/spouse or fix it
2) care more about impressing others than honoring and loving your teammate 3) have very little self-worth. why be with someone you don't respect? Criticizing and venting is ok. But being disrespectful about your significant other behind their back...I CAN'T STAND!
