One of my biggest pet peeves and a way to help me figure out who to avoid: people who disrespect their girlfriends/boyfriends or spouses behind their back. If you talk trash about your teammate, you're: 1) too weak to fix your own issues. leave your gf/bf/spouse or fix it
2) care more about impressing others than honoring and loving your teammate 3) have very little self-worth. why be with someone you don't respect? Criticizing and venting is ok. But being disrespectful about your significant other behind their back...I CAN'T STAND!

Gosh I hate that too. I remember a friend of mine bought condoms in front of 15 other friends saying he was going to have sex with his girlfriend. Man I hated that! ....

As a part of the interview we ask questions where they can talk trash about their teammates, managers or clients. If they do, it’s no go for us.

Agree. If they do it to the people closest to them they sure as hell with do it to you as well. Bad energy.
