Actually not surprising as most small companies erred on the safe side laying off quickly and adjusting/adding back employees as our new reality played out over last couple months...

I truly feel bad for all the people that freaked out and sold everything in March. Living through few recessions definitely helps you realize that eventually the world normalizes. And that the Fed always has funny money at its disposal.
